Here's Stephens story!



"I’ve been working out with Deion 2 to 3 times a week for 2 years. From the start I had specific goals that I wanted to focus on:

- Of course strength building and flexibility

- Athletic speed training

- Prepare my left leg for total knee replacement and postoperative strengthening



Deion is not only a very capable trainer and physical fitness coach, he is uniquely and expertly trained in the muscular skeleton body mechanics. This is extremely beneficial when it comes to working on prevention of, and recover from body stress injury.


In addition to being a great trainer he develops relationships with his clients to where you look forward to your training sessions, not only to work out, but to discuss common interests. He truly cares about his clients.



Over the course of my training with Deion I have become stronger and more flexible. I have much fewer set backs from playing softball and tennis. I am motivated to work out and my level of performance has improved.
