My Approach to Fitness

I am passionate about enhancing your physical and mental well-being through personalized fitness solutions. With expertise in 1-on-1 training, online coaching, and program building, I focus on holistic health and nutrition, ensuring you reach your fitness goals effectively and sustainably.

I take an unconventional approach to fitness​. I do not use any machines. However, there is a time and place for machines. But, my main tool in the gym is through body weight movements, dumbbells, flexibility training and most importantly, barbells. Barbell functional strength training is unlike anything you’ve done before, and will give you the results you have been looking for!
