At Deion DeLeon Functional Fitness Professional, we are committed to delivering high-quality personal training services and building trust with every client. We understand that situations may arise where a refund is requested. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for personal training services, both in-person and online.
1. Legal Disclaimer
This Refund Policy is part of your service agreement with Deion DeLeon Functional Fitness Professional. By purchasing any service, program, or package, you agree to comply with the terms below. This policy is subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of Deion DeLeon Functional Fitness Professional. Any updates will be posted on our website with the new effective date.
Refunds are issued only in accordance with this policy. This policy does not waive your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, where they may apply.
2. General Refund Rules

All services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are granted only under the circumstances outlined in this policy.

Refunds may be full or partial, depending on service usage and timing of the request.

No refunds are given for digital materials, downloadable products, or sessions already completed.

Refunds are not issued for no-shows or failure to communicate cancellation requests within the notice period.
3. Refund Timeframe
To be eligible for a refund:

You must request a refund within 7 days of the original purchase date.

After 7 days, all sales are considered final unless extenuating circumstances apply (see Section 5).

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be issued under the following conditions:
✅ Full Refunds may be granted when:

The client cancels a program within 7 days of purchase, and no sessions have been used.

A trainer becomes permanently unavailable, and no suitable replacement or alternative is provided.
✅ Partial Refunds may be granted when:

Only a portion of the training sessions have been used.

The client experiences a medical condition (with documentation) that prevents continued participation.

A scheduling conflict cannot be resolved despite good faith efforts on both sides.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be issued in the following cases:

Services were rendered and sessions were completed.

Client failed to attend scheduled sessions without proper cancellation notice.

The client is dissatisfied due to lack of progress but did not follow the prescribed program.

Refund request is submitted after the allowable window (more than 7 days post-purchase).

Client breaches the terms of service or conducts agreement.
6. Special Considerations
In rare or extenuating circumstances (e.g., family emergency, injury, relocation), exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of Deion DeLeon Functional Fitness Professional. Requests must be submitted in writing and accompanied by supporting documentation.
