1. Services

Deion DeLeon Functional Fitness Professional provides personal training services, which may include in-person training, online coaching, fitness programming, nutrition guidance, and digital resources.

2. Health Disclaimer

Before beginning any fitness or nutrition program, consult with your physician. You understand that:

• Deion DeLeon Functional Fitness Professional is not liable for any injuries or health conditions that may occur during or after training.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions.

• Follow the safety and training guidelines provided by your trainer.

• Be respectful of our staff, facilities, and other clients.

Failure to comply may result in termination of services without refund.

4. Payment and Cancellation Policy

• All sessions and programs must be paid in advance unless otherwise stated.

• Cancellations require [ 24 hours] notice. Late cancellations may result in a forfeited session.

• No refunds are provided for unused sessions, missed appointments, or early program termination unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Subscription or recurring payments will continue until canceled by the user in accordance with the terms of the selected plan.

5. Online Coaching and Digital Services

Online coaching may include workout plans, check-ins, and communication via email, app, or text. You agree to:

• Not share any copyrighted material without permission.

• Respect the intellectual property of all training materials.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, training guides, logos, and branding, is the property of Deion DeLeon Functional Fitness Professional and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without express written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Deion DeLeon Functional Fitness Professional, its employees, agents, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the 30 days preceding the incident.
